𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝 ≠ 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.

We all need reassurance, closeness, space, consistency, comfort, and repair. Neediness is often what happens when those needs begin carrying history. When a need is repeatedly met with inconsistency, shame, criticism, abandonment, or unpredictability, it doesn't disappear. It becomes charged. So we stop asking directly and start expressing it sideways. Healing is not needing less. It's learning that our needs can be felt, named, and tolerated.

Not every need will be met. Not every person will be able to meet it. And yet, 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒘𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅, 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒊𝒕 𝒂𝒔 𝒗𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒅, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒊𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒂 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒂 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒖𝒓?
